Overseas Orders

We deliver to more than 200 countries. Standard delivery is by air via UPS/DHL but we also offer a choice of other delivery services to suit your needs.

As delivery charges include packaging and handling and are based on weight, this will vary depending on your order size, the delivery address and your preferred delivery mode.

Defects

Here at iKIDz, we are committed to quality. Workmanship defects are reduced to almost a zero possibility through our rigorous quality check system and all efforts are made to ensure that products are packed with the utmost care and the necessary protection to minimise possible damage during the delivery process.

However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective piece, please take a photo of the defective piece and send it to us at sales@ikidz101.com immediately! We will respond to you within 3 working days of receiving your email.

Refund/Exchange

We regret that goods sold are non-refundable and not exchangeable.
